Linked to the Global Procurement & Supply Chain Organization, you will integrate the Global Procurement Division Business Excellence in the Source to Pay team as Expert Digital Transformation and Process Management. You will be instrumental in improving our procurement and supply chain processes through digital tools and technologies. This role is perfect for someone with a keen interest in digital systems, looking to apply their knowledge in a practical, impactful way.
· Support the design and implementation of digitalization initiatives in procurement and supply chain management;
· Manage projects related to systems integration;
· Collaborate with various teams to drive continuous improvements across procurement systems and processes;
· Develop and document training programs for new and existing systems;
· Test new systems and tools to ensure they meet design specifications;
· Work closely with internal stakeholders to collect requirements and standardize procurement processes;
· Contribute to change management efforts, ensuring that digital transformations are understood and adopted across departments;
· Manage and optimize E-auction processes, enhancing efficiency and transparency in supplier negotiations and procurement.
· Degree or Master in IT, programming engineering or comparable;
· 5 years of experience on Systems and Process Management, implementation of IT related procurement systems (SAP, Ariba etc.)
· Lean know-how, SAP MM / FI knowledge;
· BW know-how is a plus;
· Fluent in English;
· Ability to manage international projects;
· Very good (or advanced)Analytics Skills, decision making capacity, self-management and target orientation;
· Very good teamwork & cross functional ability;
· Flexibility & adaptability;
· Very good Communication in all organization levels;
· Conflict resolution oriented;
