With your application, your path into an innovative world of wind energy and sustainable technologies begins.

Once you have found a suitable vacancy, please use our online application portal. We will then check your documents and if we like what we see, startthe selection process.
In each step we place great value on getting to know one another, for bothsides. For this, a fair and personal process is particularly important.
We look forward to receiving your application.
Interviews take place either on site or virtually via Microsoft Teams – no account needed. Before the interview, you will receive either an invitation to visit the site in person or a link for a Microsoft Teams interview.
The interview itself lasts between 1 and 1.5 hours and is conducted by the relevant functional area and Recruiting. The main objective is to get to know you and to see whether we are a good fit.
A good way to prepare is to take a look at our careers page. It will also help if you have some basic knowledge about ENERCON and the kinds of tasks you could be given.
For a virtual interview you need a computer or smartphone with Internet access. For the best sound quality, however, we recommend using a computer and headphones. This reduces background noise and will enable us to concentrate on the conversation.
Technical problems such as ‘Can you hear me?’ are easy to avoid: test your camera and microphone before the interview to ensure that both are connected. Plan about 10 minutes for this before the interview starts.
Also, ensure that the lighting is good – ideally, you should sit in a brightly lit room with the light source in front of you, not behind you, so that we can see you clearly.

Getting to know each other:

Personality and specialisation:
We discuss your way of working, your strengths and your technical knowledge. We’re interested in what you have to offer – and what you still wish to learn.
Role and team:
You will be given a transparent insight into your tasks, the team and ENERCON, so that you can gain a good idea of your potential working environment.
Questions and outlook:
To finish, you can ask your own questions. You can find inspiration for these on our careers page and our social media channels. We will then tell you what happens next.
Failing an interview can be dispiriting – especially when you have put a lot of work into your application or the interview seemed to go well. This is perfectly normal.
But always remember: a rejection is never a slight on you as a person. In every application we examine how well a person is suited to one particular position. Even in many very strong applications, it is often small details that are decisive.
Don't be discouraged. Far from it: you should use every experience to move forward and keep going.

We've got lots of exciting positions, and you can
be sure that you'll find something else that suits you.
