The length of the application process may vary depending on the position and site. As a general rule, it takes between 1 and 3 months at our company. During this time we keep you updated about the next steps. You can also view the status of your application online at any time, and address any questions directly to the responsible contact person in Recruiting.

The sequence and number of interviews depends
on the job and site. Our Recruiting department
keeps you informed and arranges appointments with you. Whether it is a video call or a meeting on site, we generally plan 1 to 1.5 hours in for the meeting.

How do I deal with a rejection?

Failing an interview can be dispiriting – especially when you have put a lot of work into your application or the interview seemed to go well. This is perfectly normal.

But always remember: a rejection is never a slight on you as a person. In every application we examine how well a person is suited to one particular position. Even in many very strong applications, it is often small details that are decisive.

Don't be discouraged. Far from it: you should use every experience to move forward and keep going.
