Deciding how to proceed after leaving school isn't easy. You'd like to study, but also to gain practical experience at the same time? Then a dual-curriculum programme at ENERCON is right for you.
It lets you combine academic study with exciting practical insights. During your studies you complete practical phases lasting several weeks each, where you gain real insights and assist on projects, therefore creating the foundation for your career – with one of the world's leading wind turbine manufacturers. And best of all, you get to work on something meaningful – for the energy transition and a sustainable future.
We offer dual-curriculum training at our Aurich site.

Get to know our company by taking a work experience placement and look behind the scenes of wind energy. We can offer you the chance to get a taste of real working life in numerous divisions of the company within Germany – starting from a minimum period of X weeks.
Whether it's a mandatory work experience placement or a voluntary one, a career orientation placement while you're still at school will help you find the work that suits you, be it in the IT division, a commercial environment or in other exciting divisions at the company. You therefore gain valuable orientation for your professional future and your first practical taste of the world of work.

Attractive remuneration: start with at least €1,010 gross per month, whether on an apprenticeship or a dual curriculum.
Rest guaranteed: 30 days paid holiday days per year
