Field Area Supervisor


Job description

Your tasks

[Main Responsibilities]

• Responsible for achieving service area performance targets within EPK content and company target (site operation and Wec perf)

• Supervise site maintenance operations ,and report current status to superior

• Control of Reports (EMC/APC.etc) within Standard Process

• Approval of technician leave, business trip applications, timesheet, overtime.

• Organize technicians shift schedule short term together with planner of the Area(shift/Tb ... )

• Drive planning task in collaboration with the planner  

• Conducts regular site inspection, Safety walks, tool  box meeting.  

• Provides coaching & educate new and underperforming teams(report,processus,site organization)

• Follow the required action  to fulfil the short term and as well strategic goals

• Supervise the work in ways to drive a safe working environment for employees and maximize employee engagement throughout the operation and ensures that site remains proper health & security environment.

• Inform FAM of abnormal or critical situations.

• Ensure the work is completed in adherence to the existing scheduling standards and processes

• Actively participate at the customer satisfaction

Your qualifications

elecro-mecanic Engineer

• Proven experience Supervising field operations

• 3 Years' experience as a WT technician.

• Knowledge of electricity and mechanics

• Fluent in English written and oral

• Wind Energy Experience is a preference

• Strong passion for renewable energy

• Excellent  Customer Service Skills

• Well-developed interpersonal and professional   communication skills

• Solid problem solving skills

• Strong Organization skills

• Can deal with high pressure

• Working in International culture
