• Analyze and assess the risk of all factory activities;
• Keep the information updated taking into account the changes in the process and the company;
• Identify, record, analyze, document and report to the Responsible for ASST and the Plant Management, all accidents and incidents involving people and goods;
• Ensure the correct completion of accident forms;
• Analyze work accidents including the presentation of suggested solutions to avoid them;
• Ensure the communication of accidents to the insurance company whenever necessary;
• Intermediate medical indications with those responsible for the area;
• Control the availability of access to emergency equipment and clearing of circulation / evacuation paths;
• Supervise the carrying out of checks / periodic inspections of means and emergency implementation / implement and maintain the necessary signage;
• Conduct monthly auditoriums, prepare reports and support those responsible for the areas to solve problems and implement actions;
• Fulfi ll and enforce internal policies, rules and standards at Rotor Blade Plant as well as legal requirements in terms of ASST;
• Check on a daily basis as conditions related to ASST and promote best practices, namely in the use of PPE‘s;
• Prepare and follow the monitoring of chemical agents, noise, among others;
• Create, communicate and keep updated the necessary documents, in accordance with the Quality Management system;
• Support in the information and training of workers in matters of Environment, Safety and Health at Work.
• Master / Degree in Engineering;
• Experience of working in an industrial environment, 1 to 2 years;
• Higher Technical Course in Occupational Safety (level VI);
• Knowledge of ASST norms and rules;
• CCP - Certifi cate of Pedagogical Competencies;
• Fluent in English, spoken and written;
• Proficiency in MS-Offi ce applications.
