- ENERCON signs contracts with Planungsbüro Düser GmbH from Ense for the first Wind+ Storage projects in Germany
- The projects combine ENERCON wind energy converters with battery energy storage systems and intelligent hybrid control: Möhnesee-Westrich as a wind-farm-coupled storage solution with 5 MW / 10 MWh BESS and Soest-Meiningsen as a storage solution for grid- and market-oriented applications with 15 MW / 30 MWh BESS.
- Commissioning of both projects is planned for the first quarter of 2027
