Offering installation, maintenance and servicing of ENERCON wind turbines, ENERCON Services are responsible for maintenance of 5000 turbines across Region Western Europe. Our Head Office is located in Tralee, Co. Kerry, with our branch office situated in Santry, Co. Dublin. We have 15 service stations dotted throughout Ireland & Northern Ireland located in Tralee, Bantry, Millstreet, Newcastle West, Thurles, Enniscorthy, Kilkenny, Ennis, Moycullen, Ballina, Collooney, Laghey, Burt, Coleraine and Omagh. Reporting to the Update Support Manager, ENERCON is now recruiting an Update Support Technician. This role will involve 100% Travel throughout Ireland, UK and Europe.

Deine Aufgaben

Provide Technical support of Level 1&2 to ENERCON group (included subcontractors) & Customers in compliance with GS guideline, customer contracts, company targets and regional targets.
Review technically the open notifications for Rotorblade & Foundation and take necessary actions (e.g.: creating orders with the right technical priority and achievable planning dates, advise on required tools and material.)
Upon request of Lead Technical Department (LTD), support on-site special task and investigation.
Upon request of LTD, investigate root causes (RCA), provide a technical analysis, and pro-pose technical solutions.
Upon request of LTD and After-Sales, Create Technical and/or 8D reports.
Upon request of LTD and FAM, Work on as-signed projects.
In partnership with the planner, prepare the seasonal RB&F maintenance and activity plan in accordance with the FAM/FAS directives & technical priority.
Advise the necessary materials and equipment required for the completion of the RB&F maintenance and activity plan

Deine Qualifikationen

Proven experience in Rotorblade repair and maintenance.
Comprehensive technical understanding of rotor blades and foundations.
Fluent in English written and oral.
Good MS-Office skills (Excel).
