• Responsible for procurement of logistic services (transportation and port operations) for Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece;
• Manages all tender associated tasks by her/himself (listing, tendering, negotiation, contracting);
• Responsible for fulfillment of budget costs in the defined countries;
• Reports to Group Lead Procurement Project Logistics;
• Interacts with export/import coordinators (GL) and project coordinators (PM) in order to achieve a smooth operation and ensure solid demand and technical information;
• Keeps information updated on existing supplier portfolio and screens market for additional and available suppliers, which could meet EC demand;
• Uploads all requested documents in nominated systems (actually SAP, ARIBA, DocuSign) and ensures releases by management in a timely manner.
• University degree in business administration, logistics or similar area;
• With minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical company;
• Fluent in English, additional foreign language is a plus;
• Experience of IT tools, Know-how in SAP, Ariba, DocuSign;
• Very good organizational and communication skills;
• Innovative mindset;
• Self-driven, organized and adoptable personality;
• Good communication skills;
• Team player
