Your tasks

Coordinate and manage the service teams in consultation with the local Service coordinators until the wind farm is handed over to the customer;
Coordinate the interfaces between the service teams;
Work together with the project team to ensure smooth processes on site;
Support the CM within the project with all the service team requirements;
Ensure the fast and efficient removal of NCs by coordinating material deliveries and team allocations as part of commissioning and the 300h maintenance, such as creating CS orders;
Responsible for determining the causes of NCs;
Evaluate the effort to rectify the NCs during commissioning and the 300h maintenance;
Assist in clarifying technicalnon-conformities in accordance with the PM processes.
First level support to clarify technical deviations inaccordance with PM processes for the service teams on site.

Your qualifications

Bachelor or master degree in engineering or similar
At least 3 years’ experience in teams management and international environments
Fluent in English, other languages as a plus (Spanish, Greek,Italian,…)
Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, SAP, SCADA as a plus
Team player with excellent communications skills
Strategic and analytical mindset
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Availability to travel.
