Job description

Your tasks

• Responsible for Field Services Operations coordination  (IB,300h , NC Rectification , inspection, troubleshooting)   including site management, teams, technical follow up & field execution performance (Quality, planning execution , HSE & Cost) on Projects until TOC to customer.

• Responsible for Field Services Operations coordination for MCR & ISP O&M

• Support IB/300h planner APAC for personnel requirement planning  on short and long term'

• Give Instruction to planner for orders dispatching on assigned teams - Daily reporting of the project status to the different stakeholders (GPM , OCC ,Fam ... )

• Implement all necessary actions required to fulfil the short term project goals and as well regional strategic goals

• Ensuring the right staff levels in the Projects in cooperation with the 300/IB Planner & PLM team.  

• Support  for Handover of WEC from PLM to Service after completion of Cabling

• Deliver in line with agreed KPI for the service performance- Responsible for Claim Management  to financial back office with PLM for Service activities

• Instructing Electrical & Mechanical teams in specialized work and tasks- Handles the operations concerning the resolution of the NC (Include Retrofit) until their complete resolution.

• Support GPM in Customer meeting when required

Your qualifications

• Electromechanical Engineer or 5 years' experience in technical function.

• Fluent English written and oral

• Prior customer relations experience in a commercial setting is a preference

• Wind Energy Experience  ( 3years)

• Have a full understanding of contract right and obligations (EPK/SSA, TSA, TDA ...)

• Strong passion for renewable energy

•Well-developed interpersonal and professional  communication skills  (written & Oral)

• Strong leadership skills.

• Professional attention to detail and solid problem solving skills- Strong Organization skills

• Can deal with high pressure

• Working in International culture
