As a member of the Regional Management Team of the Central and Northern Europe region, you are the financial partner for the region and your missions will be carried out for the different activities of the company (Sales, After Sales, Installation, Servicing of wind energy converters).

This position may also be located in Bremen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Manage all regional planning, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting activities to ensure regional financial performance
  • Coordinate between the Regional Management Team and all other CFO functions, such as accounting, treasury and tax
  • Identify and follow up on risks and opportunities for the regional financial performance
  • Advise the regional management, providing value-added insights including variance analysis and countermeasures, such as driving operational performance by providing effective guidance
  • Contribute the financial perspective to regional business strategy development and implementation
  • Ensure that financial aspects are taken into account in all business decisions
  • Participate in the review of bids and projects to ensure appropriate margin levels and cash flows
  • Ensure compliance of regional controlling processes with corporate guidelines and successful implementation of the controlling strategy as part of the global controlling leadership team
  • Manage and develop the regional controlling team

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • You have a university degree (Bachelor / Master) in economics/business administration with emphasis on financing, accounting and controlling or equivalent
  • You have several years of relevant experience as a management controller in a technical environment
  • You have profound knowledge and experience in implementing, managing and improving FP&A controlling processes as well as in financial and management accounting in large companies
  • You work in project mode
  • You have advanced IT knowledge, in particular SAP (R3 or HANA) or similar and MS Office
  • Fluency written and spoken English and German is essential
  • You are organized, a good communicator, dynamic and a team player
  • You are adaptable and at ease in a multicultural and changing business-environment
  • Good assertiveness and organizational skills
