Pioneering training scheme for ENERCON service technicians

In order to deliver the best possible service to our customers, we require perfectly trained employees. We provide the ideal conditions for well-grounded training for Service and Installation Technicians at our Training Centre, in Gotha (Germany). Alongside basic training in First Aid and Occupational Health and Safety to European standards, as well as technical training for installation tasks at ENERCON in the electrical and mechanical area for the various ENERCON series of wind turbines, practice exercises are conducted outside of the training rooms in a 3,100 m² hall on the premises of the ENERCON logistics centre. In order for training to be as realistic as possible, the premises are equipped with a simulated construction site, using machinery components, such as nacelles, hubs, generators or electrical cabinets from various ENERCON systems. Special ENERCON-developed platforms for abseiling and rescue training are also available. ENERCON’s advanced training scheme is pioneering.
