We like to lead by example and make a contribution to society. ENERCON is involved in selected initiatives and promotes tomorrow’s top performers.
We cooperate with the following organisations:
+ Deutschlandstipendium
By sponsoring the ‘Deutschlandstipendium’ [≈ Germany Grant], ENERCON has been supporting committed, talented young potentials for several years and in this way invests in Germany’s future. Especially in times of demographic change Germany needs capable young talents and people who think ahead and achieve great things in their field. In addition, it is important to us to get into contact with students at an early stage to establish a mutual exchange of ideas. We are currently sponsoring the ‘Deutschlandstipendium’ at Hochschule Emden/Leer, Technische Universität Berlin and Christian-Albrechts-Universität at Kiel.
+ Fair Company
The Fair Company initiative is Germany’s biggest and most widely known employer initiative for fair work placements. As a member, ENERCON undertakes to adhere to guidelines for fair treatment of trainees and young professionals and to comply with recognised quality standards. This is part of our responsible corporate culture.
